Effective October 1, 2011, HUD has required PHFA and PMAM to discontinue all functions related to Management and Occupancy Reviews, FHEO Reporting, and REAC Physical Inspection follow-ups.
All questions with regard to these tasks should be directed to the HUD Project Manager responsible for the property. Follow-up and close out responses for Management and Occupancy Reviews conducted by PMAM should be directed to the HUD Project Manager responsible for the property.

Final Rule for Assistance Animals and Companion Animals

Revised EIV Notice H 2013-06 Issued
Housing Notice 2013-06, Enterprise Income Verification (EIV) System, was issued March 12, 2013. This Notice supersedes Notices H 2011-21, H 2008-03, H 2009-20, and H 2010-10.
Social Security Benefits Move Fully Electronic
The U.S. Social Security Administration has a new policy which will eliminate the option for Social Security and SSI recipients to receive their benefits in the form of paper checks beginning on March 1, 2013. For more information, please visit the SSA website.
HUD Form 9834
On December 6, 2012, HUD reissued HUD Form 9834. You can access the new form here.
2013 Income Limits
The 2013 Income Limits were published on December 4, 2012. The new income limits can be found here. The income limits must be used for all new move-in transactions starting with move-ins effective December 4, 2012. Income limits do not apply to existing residents (annual and interim certifications) since income eligibility is determined at move-in.

2013 OCAF Rates
On October 16, 2012, HUD published the 2013 OCAF rates in the Federal Register. The rate for Pennsylvania is 2.3%. A list of all rates can be found here.
